CHARGES THEM TO REMAIN OBIDIENT AMBASSADORS.

Socio cultural groups in the State have been advised to focus of those ideals which set them up, instead of deviating from their goals.

The Labour Party Candidate for Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu made the remarks in his speech as the special guest of honour, during the end of year thanksgiving/ get together of United Brothers Club of Imo State held at Eziome Mbieri Hall Mbaitoli L.G.A.

Ogbuagu Mbaike praised the doggedness of the Club, their vision and results which they have achieved in 14 years of their existence. He charged them to maintain the tempo as well as diversify in the humanitarian works to the larger society.

He challenged them to play an active part in the body polity, now elections are few months away by sensitizing their members by voting rightly and ending the challenges bedeviling the country like a hydra headed monster. Ogbuagu pledged to partner with them just as their vision for a better society is in tandem with his own.

According to the Labour Party candidate, United Brothers Club of Imo State, should scrutinize and screen its aspiring members, so that questionable characters are not admitted therein.

Earlier in his address, the President of the Club Mr. David Obiyom, had promised that they would not relent in their quest and determination for a better Nigeria.

Mr. Obiyom, and the Club members assured their August visitor of their support, both politically and otherwise as he has proved his mettle beyond all reasonable doubts.
