Nigerian afrobeat superstar Kizz Daniel has reached a major milestone on YouTube with his hit song “Buga,” which has racked up 100 million views since its release in May. Buga which translates to “Show Off” in English, has been embraced by both young and old fans and was named the number one song in Nigeria’s Google search this year.

In a celebratory post on his Instagram page, the 28-year-old singer expressed his gratitude to his fans for their support and noted that this is his first 100 million views on a YouTube content. He added that many more achievements are to come “by God’s grace.”

“Buga” has become one of the most popular songs in Nigeria, earning the top spot on Apple Music’s Top 100 Chart in the country. It has also been recognized as one of the top five afrobeat songs in the world and the most shazamed song globally.
